I won’t be as active anymore
I’m killing my father through stress and it needs to stop. I need to stop. I’m going to eat and try to gain for his sake. He’s just so worried and tumblr is a huge trigger. I’ll be checking the recovery blogs but not others.
Thanks for reading - please, anyone, if you’re reading this, talk to someone about having an eating disorder and make steps to a happy life without it. Being thin will not make you happy. I have never been so miserable. -

Came out of recovery almost 3 years ago which doubled my weight. Have been trying to lose the weight ever since without anyone close noticing. Feel free to ask or message.
